The Role:
A dedicated and technically able lawyer, looking to move to a collaborative, lean and energetic team.
The role involves, commercial real estate work, including but not limited to:
- Day to day asset management work
- Acquisition and disposals
- Development work
- Corporate transactional investment
- Real estate finance (from a real estate perspective)
Experience, Skills and personal attributes:
The candidate should have excellent training and should have some experience in asset management, transactional investment and general commercial property law experience. The candidate will have worked at a city, national or large regional or US law firm with a recognised property practice.
In addition:
- Superior drafting skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand complex legal principles and apply them accordingly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Demonstrate ability to confidently interact with clients and actively seek new business development opportunities
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible and hands-on attitude, responding effectively to rapidly changing circumstances.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree achieving a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent. Preferably England and Wales qualified.
