Coordinates voice-over and motion-capture production scheduling across studios, including booking sessions, preparing scripts and materials, managing purchase orders, invoices, contracts, casting workflows, and actor onboarding. Builds relationships with agencies and freelancers, maintains casting records, supports directors and studio crews, and learns the technical VO asset pipeline to help resolve post-session issues.

Responsibilities
- Operating an in-house scheduling system to coordinate VO and Mocap bookings with a large cast and crew across multiple internal recording studios.
- Penciling and confirming sessions, preparing scripts, raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, organising contracts with the legal department.
- Build and develop positive external relationships with talent agencies and freelance suppliers.
- Collaborate with the casting team, prepare audition materials, collate feedback, maintain casting database, offer contracting and actor onboarding.
- Reviewing scripts and coordinating session prep materials for directors and studio crew.
- Learn the technical VO pipeline to understand the flow of recording assets and assist in troubleshooting any post-session issues.
Requirements
- Production experience in a VO, mocap, film / TV or post-production environment.
- Experience with scheduling and project management software and the ability to quickly identify capacity problems and propose scheduling solutions.
- The role will have a lot of external communication so excellent written and spoken skills are required.
- Confident working in spreadsheets and enthusiasm to learn new software and production tools
- Strong organizational skills and able to handle documentation as needed.
Nice to haves
- Video / audio editing (e.g for preparing casting clips or video reference materials)
- Experience in casting and actor contracting
- Experience in asset management and post-production pipelines
- Experience working with budgets and cost tracking
