With 1,000 intelligence professionals, over $300M in sales, and serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company!

As an entry-level analyst on Recorded Future’s Managed Services team, you’ll directly support our global clientele through critical triage, escalation, and threat analysis activities. In collaboration with our Triage and Senior Research teams, you'll validate alerts, identify platform-level issues, and fine-tune detection mechanisms—all while helping to strengthen the consistency and quality of our threat response offerings.

What Makes This Role Unique?
Recorded Future’s Managed Services team blends tactical analysis with platform-level insights. You’re not just triaging—you’re actively shaping how alerts evolve, how SOPs scale, and how we partner with Triage Analysts. It’s a launchpad for developing deep threat expertise at scale.

What you'll do as an Associate Threat Intelligence Response Analyst:

1) Triage & Analysis
  • Independently triage green/amber alerts and Swimlane cases for assigned accounts
  • Conduct threat research escalated by senior analysts—covering phishing, credential harvesting, fraudulent domains, data leakage, social media monitoring, and malicious infrastructure
2) Platform & Detection Optimization
  • Identify and report alerting rule issues, platform bugs, or inefficiencies
  • Partner with product/engineering to tune detection rules and correlation logic
3) SOP Development & Collaboration
  • Draft and enhance SOPs that streamline daily research and response workflows
  • Collaborate closely with the Triage Analyst team on pre-escalation activities
4) Service Delivery
  • Support shift hours (9 AM–5 PM local), ensuring alerts are addressed timely and accurately

**Travel: Up to 10%**

What you'll bring to the Associate Threat Intelligence Response Analyst:

Non-negotiables
  1. OSINT-Driven Research: You must be proficient in capturing and analyzing open-source intelligence, including domain/DNS lookups, phishing infrastructure identification, dark-web searches, and threat actor profiling.
  2. Internet Infrastructure Fluency: Solid working knowledge of web infrastructure basics is essential for accurate alert validation.
  3. Clear & Effective Communicator: You must articulate technical findings clearly—both in written SOPs and spoken briefings—to internal teams and diverse, possibly non-technical, stakeholders.
Nice to haves
  • 1+ years experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or security monitoring
  • Familiarity with SIEMs/TIPs and alert triage best practices, especially on platforms like Swimlane
  • Analytical mindset—curious, methodical, and quick to learn
  • Strong collaboration ethic and a self-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences
