Job Description

We're looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst to join the software development team in our Fuel Solutions business.

You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, problem solving, and customer interaction, working as part of a well-established team responsible for building, maintaining and supporting feature-rich platforms across both our Fuel card and Electric Vehicle (EV) solutions.

We’re seeking someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, prides themselves on service excellence, and can work closely with fast-paced software development teams.

If you have a mix of technical knowledge, analytical ability, and strong communications skills, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and business users, assisting with product and software-related queries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience through timely responses and clear communication.

You’ll apply problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to deliver effective resolutions while upholding excellent customer service standards.

What we're looking for...

  • A solid technical background, enabling effective communication with development teams.
  • A team-oriented, collaborative, and resilient mindset with attention to detail and sound judgement when escalating.
  • Knowledge of SQL, with the ability to run queries to investigate issues, validate data, and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with using API testing tools such as Insomnia or Postman to test, validate, and troubleshoot API requests and responses.
  • Analysis skills, with expertise in gathering and documenting detailed information to inform potential future development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments.
  • Passionate about learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such ITIL.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture will be an advantage.
