Help bring life-changing treatments to patients - without a medical degree!

Every medical breakthrough starts with people. At Fortrea, one of the world's leading clinical research organizations (CROs), we help pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies bring new therapies to patients around the globe. From cancer treatments to rare disease research, our work supports studies that have the potential to improve and extend lives.

As an Associate Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll help us find the talented scientists and business professionals who make that work possible. If you're naturally curious, enjoy research, and love connecting people with opportunities, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to the future of healthcare while building a career in Talent Acquisition.

No medical background is required – just a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and a desire to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Engage candidates through personalized outreach and assess initial fit for opportunities.

  • Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.

  • Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives where appropriate.

  • Share talent market insights and competitor intelligence with the wider TA team.

  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target talent pools.

What We're Looking For:

Required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent research and information-gathering abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, customer engagement or a similar people-focused environment.

  • Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or talent sourcing tools.

  • Additional European language skills.

Why Join Fortrea?

  • Be part of an industry that helps bring new medicines and treatments to patients worldwide.

  • Learn from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals in a global organization.

  • Develop highly transferable skills in talent intelligence, market mapping, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.

  • Gain exposure to international hiring projects and diverse talent markets.

  • Work in a collaborative, supportive, and purpose-driven team environment.

If you're looking for a role where you can learn, grow, and contribute to something bigger, we'd love to hear from you. Your work will help the people who help patients.
