Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Talent Development Partner to join us in our mission to create a culture of continuous learning. This is an ideal role for someone who is creative, curious and passionate about employee development. You will provide essential program support across our key Talent Development initiatives including Performance Enablement, Career Development, Learning, and Leadership Development. 

Responsibilities
  • Talent Development Programs: Work closely with our Talent Development program owners to support the planning and execution of key initiatives including performance enablement, learning and leadership development. Help bring these programs to life and contribute to their ongoing iteration and enhancements. 

  • Learning Coordination: Take the lead on scheduling learning sessions, workshops and leadership development events. Drive engagement in our learning cohorts by managing communications, tracking participation and coordinating with facilitators and vendors for a seamless learner experience. 

  • Learning System Admin: Become a go-to expert on our learning platform (SanaLabs), managing content, supporting internal content creators, and ensuring users have timely access to the right resources. Play a key role in driving adoption of new learning technologies and AI. 

  • Data Insights: Help us understand how our programs are performing by tracking participation, engagement, feedback and skill growth. Translate data into insights to inform our program evaluation, design and decision making. Track our learning system usage and make recommendations to boost adoption and impact. 

  • Learning Queries: Act as an escalation point for complex learning-related questions from our People Operations team. Help troubleshoot, share knowledge proactively and build out resources and documentation to support self-service.

You are comfortable facilitating conversations with diverse audiences or eager to grow in this area.
