The Product team identifies the most meaningful customer problems to solve and opportunities to tackle, and then works collaboratively across business functions to identify, test, and launch the right solutions against those priorities—ultimately making it easier for our customers to find, attain, and use our amazing content. 


Who You Are:

  • We are seeking a keen and diligent associate SEO specialist to join our growing SEO team. This role would be suitable for a candidate who is in the early stages of their SEO career. You will have some formal work experience in an SEO-focused role or have carried out SEO tasks as a part of your wider role. This is an excellent opportunity for you to put into practice your theoretical SEO knowledge, grow your practical implementation skillsand learn from experts in the industry, working on websites which have a lot of potential and opportunities for SEO growth.
  • Responsible for carrying out assigned tasks diligently and within their deadlines.
  • Responsible for reporting back to line manager or task assigner on status of tasks.
  • Responsible for reporting on outcome of tasks and their impact on wider SEO performance.

Your Next Challenge:

  • With the guidance and training of senior SEOs within your team, your day-to-day work will incorporate the following: 

  • Competitor analysis - foundational competitor research and applying findings to wider SEO tasks.
  • Content and keywords- carrying out keyword research, clustering keywords by topic and completing keyword gap analysis.
  • Technical audit - running technical audits of websites using industry standard tools.
  • Data - utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to create reports and analyze performance.
  • On-page - making suggestions for page improvements to increase rankings, traffic and conversions. Identifying the potential impact of these changes and monitoring their effectiveness. 
  • Backlinks - You will assist in the creation of linking campaigns, identifyinggood sources of backlinks and how campaigns can help grow a backlink profile.
  • Experimentation - You will design and carry out simple SEO experiments and report on their results. 
  • Learning and upskilling - understanding your knowledge gaps and seeking out internal and external opportunities to grow your understanding of SEO.

What You’ll Need:

  • Some experience in either a foundational SEO role or in a website-focused marketing, product or development role with exposure to SEO activities. 
  • Some experience of using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks by the agreed deadlines.
  • Good language skills, with business-level English essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent writing skills.
