Key Ingredients:
- Lead global projects from R&D packaging setpoint with minimum supervision and building an understanding of materials and formats.
- Delivering technical NPD, VE & Supply Chain projects through R&D governance and according to best practices.
- Supports Supply chain projects with an understanding of engineering requirements. Projects would include the implementation of new equipment, including filling and packaging lines. Support the commissioning of packaging formats in new filling lines, as well as the CAPEX maintenance projects for our existing SC network (equipment replacing or upgrading).
- Support the Packaging Development Team and/or the Packaging Development Manager in developing new, improved or more cost-efficient packaging within the framework of the agreed innovation and cost-out pipeline
- Creating, developing, and implementing industrialized packaging solutions under specific projects or project workstreams
- Support in driving innovation and cost-out ideas to build the pipeline
- Building internal and external network
- Understanding on current packaging regulation and ability to translate this into the packaging pipeline

- A completed packaging, engineering or science degree
- +5 years of experience within packaging development
- Positively embraces business best practice and seek opportunities to lead and implement.
- Act as an owner and able to understand work prioritization
- Passionate and curious to learn all there is about Packaging
