Position Description:

Within our EMEA BlackRock Cachematrix team, we seek an individual to join our client business team. The successful candidate will join an ambitious and entrepreneurial client-facing team based in London, servicing institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and relationship management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to drive revenue, and understanding clients’ needs to enhance the client experience. This role involves working closely with various internal departments to deliver seamless service and support to our BlackRock clients.

Sales & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their cash management needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the fintech and investment landscape.

  • Expertise & Client focus on integrations & connectivity. Drive connectivity with clients, ensuring clients are fully integrated into Cachematrix.

  • Sustain Cachematrix as a competitive portal offering, challenge and debate across the team to ensure innovative product development with client needs and feedback in mind, resulting in new product features that meaningfully capture or retain clients.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing your expertise in cash management and fintech solutions.

Knowledge / Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 4 years’ experience in a sales/relationship management role, ideally with a financial markets/money market fund background.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.

  • Effective project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Intellectually curious with the ability to take initiative and deliver results in a complex environment.

  • Highly organized with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

  • Team-oriented with a high level of energy, self-motivation, and strong integrity & ethics.
