  • Job Title: Associate Retail Marketing Manager - Bilingual French/English (12-month FTC)
  • Job Summary: This role will support the Senior Retail Marketing Manager and Retail Marketing Managers with the execution of retail promotions and campaigns across Europe - specifically France, Belgium, Netherlands and Nordics territories. This position is a 12-month Fixed-Term contract.

What you’ll do

  • Execute retail programs from the planning stage through to launch as directed by the Retail Marketing Manager.
  • Manage the following retail promotions for Europe as needed: video game distributions, promo card offers and various other GWPs (Gift With Purchase).
  • Arrange and drive kickoff calls for upcoming projects and have a critical path in place to keep all stakeholders on plan. Highlight any issues to the Retail Marketing Manager immediately.
  • Compile creative briefs for our agencies and ensure the agency understands the brief to limit creative amends and reduce costs.
  • Assist the Retail Marketing Manager with onboarding new partners. Present our brand and creative guidelines to external agencies. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supply all necessary assets to retailers and retail marketing agencies. Ensure all marketing materials are approved, within our brand guidelines and compliant with Legal.
  • Raising SOWs to approve the scope of work and budget with our external partners.
  • Assist with events management at retail, e.g. organising Trade & Play events, costume appearances and implementing event POS within deadlines and to a high standard.
  • Assist with retail compliance and store checks.
  • Assist the TCG Sales team and Retail Marketing Managers with preparing retail pitch presentations.
  • Gather promotion performance data to create post-campaign reports and recommendations.
  • Compile competitor release reports and present internally.
  • Prepare merchandising briefs and collate store lists within agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain the PO tracker and ensure payments with accounts are processed within the financial year.
  • Support the Licensing team with retail executions as necessary with guidance from the Retail Marketing Manager.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure our campaigns are supported online and with B2B, B2C communication where necessary, with guidance from the Retail Marketing Manager
  • Seek cost comparisons for all projects to achieve the best cost whilst not jeopardizing quality. Keep Sales pitch sheet costs up to date.

What you’ll bring

  • Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Fluent or near-native proficiency in French is a requirement.
  • Excellent attention to detail needed.
  • Must be confident executing retail programs from start to finish.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong, clear communication skills.
  • Experience working in retail stores or retailer Head Office is beneficial.
  • Must be able to prioritise workload as we juggle different projects across Europe.
  • Conversant with MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint and Excel; and other relevant IT software packages.
  • Any knowledge of the following languages is a plus: Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £45,000.00 - £53,400.00 per year. The full range is £45,000.00 - £67,500.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
