About the role:

Responsible for designing and executing fulllife cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent to Nintex . 

Your contribution will be: 

Full life cycle recruitment: 

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies; post ads, attend events and meetings, screen candidates, organize interviews, negotiate and extend offers.   
  • Assess talent using market intelligence combined with the ability to quickly analyze social profiles, traditional resumes and applications.  
  • Provide excellent candidate experience both in timely follow up and onsite hosting during interviews.  

 

Sourcing strategy: 

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to address the specifics of each job profile, manage internal/external referral programs. 
  • Develop creative and unique-to-role messaging for outbound recruiting.   
  • Understand and leverage conversion metrics to help manage your talent funnel.   
  • You maintain a sense of urgency to attract the right talent profile and move them through the recruiting funnel.  

 

Pipeline generation: 

  • Leverage sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeline for current recruiting needs.  
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in applicant tracking system. 

 

Experience and process improvement:  

  • Maintain a high level of candidate engagement through timely follow up during the entire recruiting process, providing as much feedback as possible along the way.   
  • Develop understanding of compliance issues both globally and domestically and ensure the company is adhering to best practices.  

To be successful, we think you need: 

Required: 

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience 
  • Experience managing relationships and roles directly with hiring managers 
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment and/or an evolving or high growth company 

Preferred:  

  • In-house recruiting experience 
  • Experience recruiting for both go-to-market and/or engineering roles at a tech company 
  • Recruiting experience in a U.S.-based, global organization
