About the Role
The Consumer Acquisition team is a unique positioned to find members for all our online communities. As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the execution of our recruitment projects for a variety of global clients. You will work closely with Project Managers, internal teams, and suppliers to support project delivery, manage participant data, and maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and is interested in building a career in market research operations and project delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Support setup and launch of new communities by coordinating with internal teams on site configuration, screener development, testing, and launch readiness.

  • Obtaining supplier quotes, preparing project costings, and coordinating with vendor partners.

  • Manage fieldwork, quota progress, reporting, and assigned project tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Review participant and reporting data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality.

  • Manage participant communications and onboarding activities, including invitations, reminders, status tracking, and project closeout tasks.

  • Handle consumer and participant data responsibly while adhering to privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Identify issues, troubleshoot within established processes, and escalate risks when appropriate.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, market research, operations, or a related field.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience handling sensitive consumer or participant data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with data, spreadsheets, reporting files, and process-driven workflows.

  • Experience working with survey, research, or community management platforms.
