Mission: 

  • Responsible for delivering Virtual, Hybrid and In-person events from kickoff to post-meeting review.
  • Responsible for coordinating internal resources and customer teams for Virtual and Hybrid events creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects following our high-quality standards and best practices to ensure great client experience. 
  • Make sure all of the events are executed within the agreed deadlines.
  • Use our powerful Backstage CMS to tailor-make the clients’ apps and to ensure the best participants' experience before, during, and after the event.
  • Be a Backstage subject-matter expert for our customers.
  • Brief and manage the assigned operations team (Live coordinator,Live producer, Onsite coordinator)

Requirements & Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • French, German, Spanish or another language will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, always meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, high-standards achiever without excuses
  • Excellent computer skills and tech-savviness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
  • Required to travel onsite for up to 3 events per month during busy seasons 
  • Eligible to travel internationally
  • Past experience in an Event Agency, PCO, or other event-related position is a plus.
