We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to join our Product team here at Harrods. The Associate Product Owner will work closely with the more senior Product team members to define a clear and memorable Product vision, underpinned by Product goals.
About the Role
The Associate Product Owner will be responsible for defined Product areas or value streams and manage a backlog of tickets for at least two engineers. You will also support with shaping the roadmap for enhancement of these solutions and will create and maintain a well-groomed backlog of improvements, focusing on delivering initiatives that add value to the business or support operational teams.
Job Responsibilities include.
- Document product requirements clearly and concisely
- Own the planning and delivery of small, impactful features
- Make data driven decisions and estimate the value of proposed changes
- Participate in and progress to leading Product events and complimentary practices
About You
This role is ideal for someone with some previous experience in Product Management or other relevant roles, who is curious, analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn. You’ll gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally, delivering features, speaking with users, and shaping the future of our Products.
It is important that you have experience in Products in one or more of the following areas of; (SAP Customer data cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform, SAP Service Cloud, Emarsys, Cloud Platform Integration) or similar MarTech and data tools
You will also have the following.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to translate technical
information into digestible business terms, tailor approach to suit diverse audiences - Analytical mindset and awareness of basic product metrics
- Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods values
- Solid organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
