🌍 Join Triptease — Where Travel Tech Meets Impact

At Triptease, we’re building technology that helps hotels thrive in a digital world dominated by Online Travel Agents. Our products empower hotels to increase direct bookings, regain profitability, and build closer relationships with their guests.

Already helping generate over £1 billion in direct revenue annually, we’re scaling fast across 100+ countries with offices in London, New York, Barcelona, and Singapore. It’s a fantastic time to join us as we grow our impact and expand our engineering teams.

🚀 About the Role

Are you a curious, data-driven thinker who loves blending creativity with technology?
We’re looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Triptease, a fast-paced SaaS company helping hotels drive more direct bookings.

This is a rare opportunity to kickstart your career in Product Marketing, working alongside experienced PMMs and collaborating with teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll explore how data, insight, and automation influence business decisions, experiment with AI-powered approaches to marketing, and play a key role in shaping how our products are understood and experienced by customers.

💪 What You’ll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, market, and products to help us turn data and insight into marketing strategies that drive engagement.
  • Support core Product Marketing activities like product launches and feature releases, helping to craft positioning and messaging that tell clear, compelling stories.
  • Use an analytical mindset to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and measure the impact of campaigns. You’ll be our data champion, and the person we turn to first for answers to questions about the numbers.
  • Spearhead the use of AI and automation to enhance research, creativity, and productivity in the Product Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success) to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Balance creativity with experimentation. You’ll have the freedom to test new approaches; you’ll learn quickly and use results to improve future work.

Requirements✅ What You’ll Bring
  • A curious problem-solver with a genuine interest in technology, data, and how they can drive smarter product marketing.
  • An analytical mindset — you enjoy diving into numbers and data to understand what’s working and why.
  • A lover of AI and automation who can help us build workflows and find the insights we need. We’ll be looking for examples of your ideas and experiments with both.
  • A creative communicator who can turn complex technical ideas into clear, engaging messages.
  • A fast learner who’s comfortable experimenting, taking initiative, and learning from both success and failure.
  • A collaborative teammate who enjoys working across different disciplines and perspectives.

Education/experience: You could be a recent graduate with relevant project experience, an individual looking to move into product marketing, or a PMM with 1-2 years of experience. We’re looking for someone with the motivation to become great at product marketing.

✨ Why Triptease

At Triptease, we value experimentation over perfection. You’ll be part of a supportive, open culture where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are shared, and innovation is expected. We give you the autonomy to explore, the freedom to fail fast, and the opportunity to make a real impact  right from the start.

If you’re eager to learn, ready to experiment, and excited by the intersection of data, AI, and storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.
