The Role
As an Associate Product Manager at Encord, you will support the development and growth of our AI infrastructure platform. You will work closely with Senior PMs to ship products that solve real customer problems in the rapidly evolving AI data development space.
 
You will need to coordinate with high performing teams across ML, Engineering, Design and Sales. This role requires excellent communication skills in order to lead customer interviews and webinars.-
 
- Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into actionable steps and work with the relevant teams to implement solutions.
- Product Judgement: Evaluate and prioritise incoming Feature Requests, as well as propose new features to stay ahead of trends in the AI Data space.
- Customer Engagement:Conduct customer interviews to gather insights, and translate these into product requirements.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed product specifications and drive the development process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Engineering, ML, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
 
 
About you 
- 1-2 years of experience working in product development, consulting, or technical project management. Experience in scale-up environments is a bonus. 
- Ability to execute under pressure and uncertainty, with a strong sense of urgency.
 - Technical curiosity with ability to understand APIs, data pipelines, and ML workflows at a conceptual level.
- You thrive in ambiguity and can decompose messy, ill-defined problems into clear execution plans.
- Experience with side projects, hackathons, or personal technical projects is a plus.
