Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.
The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.
Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.
We are scaling up the business and are building out the team for rapid growth. If you’re interested joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a data and AI-first journey to speed up the global transition to clean, affordable energy, read on!
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team and help shape Ohme’s growing suite of digital products. You’ll get close to our customer journeys, understand how our systems connect, and support day-to-day delivery across multiple products.
You’ll help refine tickets, maintain the product backlog, and ensure information is clear and actionable for our engineers. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role - ideal for someone curious about how products are built and eager to grow into full product ownership.

- Customer & Market Insight - Run lightweight discovery (interviews, usability tests), synthesises feedback into requirements.
- Road mapping & Prioritisation - Maintain a feature backlog; prioritise within a team using simple frameworks.
- Execution & Delivery - Write crisp PRDs/user stories, acceptance criteria, and partner with design/engineering to ship on time.
- Product Quality & Metrics - Define success metrics for features; build basic dashboards; run A/B tests with guidance; close the loop post-launch.
- Stakeholder Management - Communicate status and risks to immediate stakeholders; build trust with one squad and a few partner teams.
- Technical & Design Fluency – Curiosity around system basics, constraints, and design heuristics; ask good questions; partner closely with tech/design.
