We are currently looking to add an experienced Associate Producer to help on our Age of Empires/Mythology projects. As an Associate Producer with us, you will use your exceptional project management skills to help us to bring our games to realization. In return, you will be part of a creative and supportive team environment with the ability to have a direct impact on the development of top-tier games.
Are you up for the challenge?
Some of the cool stuff you'll be doing:
- Support Producer to help drive the development of a game title from pre-production to final product release, as well as post launch support.
- Assist in maintaining project management documents including status reports, project plans, post-mortems and historical information.
- Schedule and facilitate weekly stand ups and internal meetings.
- Manage project tracking tools and assist with maintaining schedules, milestones and deadlines.
- Facilitate the communication within the team and assist the Producer in improving workflows.
What you'll bring to the table:
- 1-2+ years of experience in video game development.
- Proficiency with multiple project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and/or Trello.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, documentation and organization skills.
- B2-C1 English level – conversational and written.
Huge Bonus Points!
- Shipped a title in a production/project management capacity.
- Experience with live game support.
- PMP, CSM or CAPM certification.
- Strong passion for Age of Empires/Mythology franchise.
Location: Must be local to Málaga, Spain or working remotely in UK/EU (EU time zones required)
