We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Associate to support Tower’s Procurement operations in EMEA while closely working with and supporting the global Procurement Team. The individual will work independently and collaboratively to support day-to-day procurement requests, and actively participate in initiatives tied to cost savings, contract management, compliance, and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Generating and managing purchase orders in alignment with stakeholder requisitions; tracking order status and proactively addressing delivery delays or product quality issues
  • Identifying and assessing prospective suppliers, soliciting quotations, and negotiating optimal pricing and contractual terms
  • Collaborating with senior procurement leadership to monitor vendor performance and ensuring adherence to service level agreements
  • Partnering with Project Managers and key stakeholders to align on technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and execution of procurement activities
  • Coordinating with vendors and Finance to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
  • Supporting data collection and analysis efforts related to cost optimization, vendor benchmarking, and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Supporting the Logistics Associate with domestic and international shipments of IT, trading, and office equipment, with a primary focus on EMEA operations
  • Assisting global Procurement team members with ad hoc projects aligned with departmental and organizational objectives, including support for global sourcing, policy updates, and system improvements

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a procurement or logistics role, ideally within financial services, technology, or data center environments
  • Working knowledge of procurement platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience with vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, and cost tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit judgment and decision-making skills
