  • Job Summary: This role is responsible for the support of public relations (PR) campaigns and strategies with an emphasis on earned influencer marketing and celebrity engagement across the Pokémon brand’s portfolio of licensed products, animation and Pokémon Center EMEA merchandise.

What you’ll do 

  • Supporting the PR Manager, the PR team and external agency network on PR initiatives including the following:
    • Influencer campaigns
    • Identifying relevant and brand compliant PR influencer opportunities
    • Managing influencer contracts between The Pokémon Company International and local PR and/or management agencies
    • Lead on cross departmental liaison to leverage activations
  • Responsible for identifying relevant and brand compliant PR influencer opportunities to promote the following focus areas: Animation, Toy partnerships and clothing/fashion.
  • Responsible for managing influencer contracts between The Pokémon Company International and local PR and/or management agencies.
  • Responsible for supporting ad-hoc events run by The Pokémon Company International or our partners; this can include identifying relevant third-party events and providing written recommendations for attendance for internal stakeholders.
  • Liaison with event organisers, licensing partners and internal stakeholders to maximise value of attendance and coverage.
  • Managing translations of press assets into multiple European languages.
  • Production of In-depth reporting for all projects.
  • Project management from green-light to execution for key products.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Media, Marketing or PR qualifications desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
  • A great communicator, coordinator, organizer and presenter who can effectively and efficiently run projects and engage with people.
  • Proven creative thinker.
  • Ability to conduct research and present the informative and concise overviews.
  • European language(s) highly desirable.
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £45,000.00 - £53,437.50 per year. The full range is £45,000.00 - £67,500.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
