Own end-to-end campaign measurement studies for EMEA media, advertising, and publishing partners. Manage parallel research projects, analyze large datasets, develop market benchmarks, and deliver actionable reports. Build relationships with Marketing Science and Analytics teams, drive adoption of measurement products, advise on methodology, and relay stakeholder feedback to product and engineering teams. The role requires expertise in digital advertising effectiveness, statistical study design, project management, and EMEA digital marketing platforms.
Samba connects the advertising industry. Today, a trillion dollars of media flows through platforms that don’t talk to each other, and each one measures its own results. We built the independent alternative: consented first-party data and AI that give the world’s biggest advertisers, publishers, and platforms one clear view across all of it.
The next era of advertising will run on AI agents, and those agents will need data they can trust. We’re building that foundation, and the agents that act on it. Join us and help build what the industry runs on.
You help grow Samba's measurement business across EMEA, owning campaign measurement studies end to end for key media, advertising, and publishing partners. That means turning complex data into clear, actionable insight, and building real relationships with the Marketing Science and Analytics teams who depend on it. It is a role for someone who wants to go deep on measurement methodology in local EMEA markets.
- Own the Studies: Own and execute end-to-end campaign measurement studies, from feasibility assessment through report delivery, across key media, advertising, and publishing partners.
- Run Parallel Projects: Manage multiple simultaneous research projects across social, digital streaming, digital out-of-home (DOOH), and demand- and supply-side platforms (DSPs and SSPs).
- Know Every Platform: Understand the tactic-level nuance of each platform, including targeting capabilities, ad formats, and objectives, to build bespoke insights aligned to campaign performance.
- Be the Main Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for Marketing Science and Analytics teams at key publishers, platforms, and agencies across primary markets, building strong relationships.
- Grow Adoption: Drive adoption of Samba's measurement products among new and existing EMEA partners, acting as subject matter expert on methodology, report deliverables, and tactical setup.
- Close the Feedback Loop: Catalogue feedback on Samba's measurement solutions from external stakeholders and relay actionable insights to the product and engineering teams.
- Build EMEA Scale: Build EMEA-specific norms, narratives, and benchmarks for local market context, and improve measurement processes to create efficiencies that scale across the region.

- Comfortable managing large data sets in R, SQL, Python, or similar, with a strong grasp of statistical analysis and measurement study design using control and exposed methodologies.
- Expertise in project management, supporting multiple deliverables at different stages simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail in building and quality-assuring reports and delivering on time.
- Able to work independently, turning ambiguous inputs into repeatable, scalable processes, and to work effectively across time zones as part of a global team spanning EMEA, APAC, and North America.
- A confident communicator with a track record of building client relationships in EMEA, and a strong understanding of the regional digital marketing landscape across platforms, agencies, and brand teams.
- A strong advantage: streaming and digital video measurement methodologies and the EMEA broadcast and streaming landscape (BVOD, SVOD, FTA); familiarity with local data standards such as BARB and IAB is a plus.
