All About The Role
As a Associate Managing Consultant - Services Business Development, you will be part of a high-performing team focused on driving growth and expanding the Services portfolio by assisting in the development of strategic partnerships across Acquiring, FinTech and Public Sector customers in the UK&I, coordinating sales activities and managing associated administrative processes.
Your role will involve supporting Business Development initiatives, ensuring smooth sales operations, and providing coordination between internal teams and external clients. You will help prepare proposals, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation to enable effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:• Business Development activities
o Assist in identifying and qualifying new services sales opportunities
o Support relationship-building efforts with new and existing customers
o Help craft clear problem statements and gather insights to inform proposals
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Product Teams) to align priorities across FinTech, Acquiring, and Public Sector
Planning & Execution
o Contribute to annual and quarterly planning sessions
o Track progress against agreed objectives and funding allocations
o Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables
Sales Coordination & Administration
o Manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting for sales activities
o Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
o Coordinate internal approvals and compliance checks for deals
o Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
Education Required:• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
All About You:• Experience in sales coordination, administration, or business development support• Familiarity with payments, banking, or related industries desirable• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills• Commercial awareness and interest in growth strategies
