  • Assist with all administrative elements of the Global Sales Strategy team, including working closely with the wider internal Commercial, Creative and Business Insights teams to ensure advertising campaigns are planned and implemented in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Manage specific projects or ad-hoc account-related support on a case-by-case basis as briefed by the Senior Account Managers and Associate Director, from start to finish (e.g. response to brief, strategy creation, media planning, campaign execution, timeline and asset management, and reporting).

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our Condé Nast products and capabilities (i.e. branded content partnerships, ad studio, video, social, etc.)

  • Establish positive working relationships with the Global Sales team and International Markets.

About you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, good follow-up and able to generate creative solutions to meet client needs.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to multitask and perform independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience working with external stakeholders e.g. clients and agencies, global markets preferred.

  • Competent in Excel, Keynote and GSuite.
