The Associate Manager for Cross Sales is responsible for driving both process improvements and execution excellence within the sales team. This role goes beyond enforcing playbooks—leaders in this position are expected to elevate team performance by refining the sales process, coaching agents, and optimising strategies for success. You will lead by example, ensuring that each team member excels through ongoing coaching, performance management, and a focus on continuous improvement to achieve both individual and team goals.
