The role is responsible for supporting daily customer service and operational activities in a fast-paced international environment. The position involves managing customer inquiries and requests, supporting order processing and administrative activities, preparing and coordinating shipping and customs documentation when required, and assisting with inventory-related tasks.
The role also requires regular coordination with customers, colleagues, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders across different regions and time zones, including daily overlap with the Americas region. The position plays an important role in ensuring accurate information, timely follow-up, smooth operational flow, and consistent support to both customers and the internal team.

- Manage customer inquiries and requests with accuracy, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.
- Process orders and support related administrative activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Support the preparation and management of shipping and customs documentation when required.
- Assist with inventory-related activities, including stock checks, updates, discrepancy follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with customers, colleagues, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Follow up on open requests, track pending items, escalate issues when needed, and ensure matters are handled through to resolution.
- Use Salesforce, Oracle, and other internal business systems and tools to support daily operations and maintain accurate information.
- Contribute to process consistency and continuous improvement by following established procedures and sharing relevant updates with the team.
- Remain flexible in supporting a broad range of operational and administrative activities according to business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or higher qualifications will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order management, logistics, or administrative operations is preferred.
- Experience managing customer inquiries, following up on open requests, and supporting issue resolution is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar customer support and business management tools is preferred.
- Experience using Oracle or Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to support daily operational activities
- Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with teams across different regions is preferred.
