Joining Collibra’s IT Business Systems team
- To help with all technical requirements or the Finance team.
- This position is crucial to the finance and accounting teams as this is the technical backbone for integrating and enhancing all business processes which tie into our NetSuite ERP.
This is a hybrid position based in Prague.
Associate IT Software Engineers at Collibra are responsible for
- NetSuite Customization & Development:
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements within NetSuite using Suite Script (2.0).
- Customize forms, workflows, records, and dashboards based on business and operational requirements.
- Develop Suitelets, User Event scripts, Map/Reduce scripts, Client scripts, and scheduled scripts to optimize system functionality.
- Integration & API Management:
- Design and build integrations between NetSuite and external systems (third-party applications, web services) using RESTlets, SOAP, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
- System Optimization & Performance:
- Continuously monitor and optimize NetSuite performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for system issues, and implement long-term solutions.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Manage data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency within the system.
- Develop complex reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making processes.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to identify business needs and translate them into efficient NetSuite solutions.
- Lead in sharing best practices for NetSuite development and customization.
- Stay updated on NetSuite product releases, new features, and best practices to continually enhance system capabilities.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Implement rigorous testing procedures for all new customizations, scripts, and system upgrades.
- Manage the deployment of customizations and scripts to production, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.
You have
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) for building custom applications, workflows, and automation.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite customization, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, and SuiteCloud development tools.
- Strong experience with NetSuite integration using RESTlet, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Extensive experience with NetSuite’s data model, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Excellent understanding of ERP processes related to finance, inventory, and supply chain management.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
- You must have work authorization to work in Prague, Czech Republic.
