Job Description:

RxLogix Corporation is seeking a motivated Associate – Inside Sales to contribute to our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within the pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry events to generate leads for our cutting-edge drug safety software solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Thoroughly qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target customer profile, understanding their unique needs, budget considerations, decision-making processes, and timelines.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations partnering with presales and practice with presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our RxLogix Suite of PV Products, effectively addressing client pain points and challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads and clients through consistent follow-up, providing valuable insights, and addressing inquiries or objections in a timely manner.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads at various stages of the sales cycle and facilitating prompt follow-up to advance them through the pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our external sales team, providing them with high-quality leads and offering support throughout the sales cycle to ensure seamless conversion from leads to closed deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare software industry.
  • Familiarity with drug safety regulations and compliance requirements, including FDA regulations (e.g., FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Strong technical aptitude or familiarity with software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a keen ability to empathize and respond to client feedback.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and optimization of sales strategies.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and persistence to overcome challenges and navigate through objections.
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Integrity and ethical conduct consistent with RxLogix Corporation's values and industry standards.
