Role purpose

With continuous field training, you will be assisting our Business Development team with campaigns to identify potential clients throughout EMEA by reviewing their current market data strategy and trading solutions, and discussing how the features involved with our solutions could help improve their performance.

You will also develop your domain and product knowledge with specific assignments with our Client Services team, supporting the maintenance of existing accounts.


The impact

You will be helping in targeted campaigns planning to engage with prospects and existing clients to cover QuantHouse products and solutions. This will be done by working with marketing channels, the head of partnerships and product teams to help create targeted campaigns, both virtual and physical, and doing the follow-up.

The skills

We want to hear from candidates who are self driven,  highly articulate and able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and are competent in excelling over the phone in a consultative environment. Looking for a challenging role, candidates must also be target-driven, highly motivated and excited about developing relationships over the phone and on the field. A concurrent interest and appetite to learn the technical aspects of capital markets technologies and market data systems is essential.

● Previous experience in the financial IT services industry is preferred.

● Previous experience in client services B2B or B2C is preferred

● Previous experience in trading solutions/support/operations would be advantageous.

● An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required; all degree subjects will be considered though Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or related degree will be a plus.

● Highly autonomous, extremely organised and professional with superior written, verbal and non-verbal communications skills, you will ideally have previous experience with a CRM tool.

● This person will be focusing on the EMEA market, English fluency is a must, additional languages would be a plus given our clients coverage in these areas.


Accountabilities & Deliverables

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

● Prospecting and qualifying campaign related or inbound leads through calling and emailing campaigns

● Researching new prospective clients and carrying out proprietary email campaigns

● Creating and releasing targeted messaging through various media

● Calling “suspect” and prospective clients

● Maintaining and updating the corporate CRM

● Coordination of ongoing sales opportunities created by the Inside Sales

● Maintaining client reports and providing a view on open activities as well as raising any potential issues for escalation in a timely manner

● Continuously growing technical product knowledge and understanding of global financial markets
