👩‍💻The role

We are looking for an Associate, Growth & Partnerships who is currently based in London. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager - Growth & Strategy. The role focuses on identifying opportunities and scaling growth across customer acquisition, partnerships, and category management.

🤩What makes this role special?

  • Vision. The tours and activities market weighs 135 billion USD globally. You will lead the charge to identify the best growth opportunities for Headout, leveraging your market research and the wide range of data available internally
  • Impact. Tackle projects ranging from channel diversification in our mature markets to finding product-market fit as we expand.
  • Team. Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to drive our entry into new markets and categories. Engage senior-level stakeholders (GMs, VPs, and C-level executives) as well as colleagues across every department at Headout
  • Growth. Get your hands dirty executing on growth opportunities, see tangible results, and iterate continuously to build our market position.
  • Collaboration. Build relationships with the external partners who make our work possible, finding creative ways to generate additional value for Headout

🎯What skills & experience do you need?

  • 3-5 years experience in growth or partnerships in a dynamic environment
  • Creativity paired with a test and learn approach
  • Analytical mindset, able to derive actionable insights and persuade with data
  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels
  • Great problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate opportunities
  • Pragmatic, positive, and organized - crucial for driving forward in an agile startup

➕Bonus

  • You have experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
  • You have a demonstrated interest in marketplaces, travel, events and all things experiential.
  • You have experience in navigating diverse market landscapes.
