We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Digital Experiences team to support us developing and building the iShares.com websites. The new Delivery Manager is able to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise. You will report directly to the Delivery Lead, based in Budapest. The Budapest office is our primary work location, and all employees must work from the office at least four days per week.

Primary responsibilities:

  • The Delivery Manager will be working within a multi-disciplined development team supporting the team, guiding growth and refining processes. Enabling the team to build and run outstanding product using the agile methodologies
  • Remove impediments/blockers on a day-to-day basis
  • Work with the Product Manager and team to define the roadmap of the product delivery
  • Lead the collaborative planning process for each sprint helping the team to prioritise, self-organise around the work (keeping in mind their capability and capacity)
  • Facilitate the team’s meetings (Planning, Daily StandUp, Refinement, Retrospective, etc.) as well as facilitating other workshops as needed by the team and business
  • Guiding, mentoring and coaching team members and partners about the agile and scrum principles and practises
  • Be responsible for the development process, guiding the team through continuous improvements and release cycles
  • Coordinating the release preparation and release process
  • With the team create, collate and understand progress metrics
  • Engage with the developing Agile and Scrum Master Community, sharing practises, developing each other and experimenting in a safe space

Role requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years as a Scrum Master working with software development teams delivering complex projects
  • Experienced in project management and/or facilitation, coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Extensively used JIRA, Confluence, Azure, Miro, Conceptboard or other online collaboration & management tools
  • A calm, dedicated, and optimistic individual
  • Ability to work independently

Our hybrid work model
