As our Associate Director, Revenue Operations you won’t just be managing systems; you’ll be the architect of our streamlined revenue engine. This role is a unique hybrid of strategic operations and cutting-edge AI implementation.

You will join our exclusive AI Learning Program, where you'll receive advanced training to build and deploy AI-driven processes. The goal of this role is to eliminate manual friction and transform our revenue data through automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Process Innovation: Develop and deploy AI-driven workflows to simplify high-impact tasks. This includes streamlining the RFP response process to increase win rates and automating administrative actions for Sellers and Account Managers to maximize their selling time.
  • Predictive Churn Management: Build and maintain AI models to identify at-risk customers early, enabling the Sales and AM teams to proactively address challenges before churn occurs.
  • Salesforce & Tech Stack Optimization: Serve as the primary operational owner of Salesforce. You will ensure data integrity and automate repetitive tasks to keep the sales team focused on high-value activities.
  • Revenue Intelligence & Reporting: Design streamlined, automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into funnel health, forecasting, and team performance.
  • Pricing & Margin Strategy: Leverage data to optimize pricing structures and protect margins, ensuring a balance between aggressive growth and long-term profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance to ensure a seamless lead-to-close process.
What will you bring to the team?
  • Operational Mindset: A proven track record of diagnosing bottlenecks in the sales process and fixing them through automation.
  • Communication: The ability to translate complex technical processes into simple, executable steps for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Systems Expertise: High proficiency in managing and streamlining system processes within platforms like Salesforce and related RevOps tools.
  • Analytical Power: Experience using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI) to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • AI Curiosity & Growth Mindset: While you don't need to be an AI expert today, you must have a deep desire to grow in the AI space. We are looking for someone excited by the potential of LLMs and prompt engineering who is eager to learn how to build enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  • Learning & Development: You will be a core participant in our AI Learning Program, gaining hands-on experience building AI applications.
  • High Impact: This is not a maintenance role. You are being hired to disrupt the status quo and build the future of our revenue organization.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: You will sit at the unique intersection of the business. This role offers a 360-degree view of how a company scales, providing the rare opportunity to influence and collaborate with every major department in the organization.
Who you are
  • Data-Driven: You don’t make decisions based on "gut feeling"; you let the numbers lead the way.
  • Problem Solver: You see a manual spreadsheet and immediately think of three ways to automate it.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working with sales reps just as much as you enjoy digging into data.
  • Value oriented: You connect with our values:
    • Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
    • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.
    • Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
    • Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
    • Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.

The pay range for this position is USD $100,000 to $125,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
