Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to join our EMEA Client Program team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our City of London office.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and proactive individual, adept at building and nurturing strong relationships with some of our key clients and colleagues across EMEA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions with a select few clients, with a strong emphasis on integrating Cushman & Wakefield’s service lines for seamless delivery. You will establish relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive the success of client engagements.

The candidate will be a true team player, fulfilling a key role in a small but high performing team which often is needed to deliver beyond key responsibilities therefore flexibility is fundamental for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with select key clients.

  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in close co-operation with the wider EMEA business.

  • Lead and coordinate matrix teams to support client decision-making.

  • Collaborate across our go to market model to enhance the overall client experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, customer service, or business development.

  • A degree in real estate, management, communications, or a similar field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage colleagues and clients at all levels.

  • Commercial awareness and creative thinking to identify new sales opportunities.
