Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Lead on end-to-end delivery of research projects, from writing research proposals, designing questionnaires, producing insight-led research reports and delivering engaging client debriefs.
- Build & maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted and reliable research consultant.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for financial services delivering thought leadership and an industry perspective to your clients and the wider industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of other YouGov products and methodologies to be able to talk to clients about these and promote other parts of our business.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

- Strong client management skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- A passion for storytelling through data and a natural curiosity about market trends.
- Interest in playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of market research!
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Knowledge and experience of working within the financial services sector
- Experience at managing others and supporting their career development
- Knowledge and experience of using advanced analytics in quantitative research
- Use and understanding of questionnaire scripting software
