What your day might look like:
As Associate Director – Data & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in turning complex data into strategic, actionable insights that elevate customer experience (CX), optimise media performance, and drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders – both internally and client-side, overseeing the full data lifecycle, shaping analytics frameworks, and guiding the evolution of measurement, governance, and automation capabilities.
This role is ideal for someone who blends advanced analytics expertise with leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to bring clarity to complexity.
Responsibilities include:
Translate data into insights that shape CX, media, and marketing strategy.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on data needs and measurement approaches.
Uncover audience behaviour, campaign performance drivers, and opportunities for growth.
Oversee tagging, analytics implementation, and cross-channel measurement.
Work across Customer data platform, digital analytics infrastructure, and privacy-led environments.
Lead quality assurance of analytics outputs and ensure scalable, future‑ready data practices.
Oversee development of dashboards and reporting automation across platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Adobe/Google suites.
Continuously optimise campaigns and measurement frameworks to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Guide teams in delivering high-quality analysis, insights, and technical implementation.
Work closely with media, technology, product, and CX teams to drive integrated outcomes.
Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, and identifying new analytics opportunities.
A bit about you:
Extensive background in digital analytics, marketing science, or marketing analytics, ideally within agency, consultancy, or digital environments.
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems across web, app, social, programmatic, search, and video.
Strong proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, tag management, SQL/R/Python, and data visualisation tools.
Hands‑on experience with CDPs/CRMs (e.g. Tealium, Salesforce) and cleanroom-based data environments.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as CSS, HTML, and JavaScript for tracking and implementation.
Strong grasp of emerging trends: AI, automation, privacy, audience behaviour, and ad tech evolution.
Expertise in measurement frameworks including MMM, MTA, attribution, and modelling.
A passion for innovation, automation, and building data-driven cultures.
A strategic thinker with exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Highly collaborative, commercially minded, and able to influence senior stakeholders.
Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems and identifying opportunities.
