Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

Consulting Roles – Helping our clients uncover and solve problems they didn't know existed

We're searching consultants who get energised by complex problems and love the moment when everything clicks into place. If you're someone who can see the forest and the trees, and help others do the same, this could be your perfect fit.

About the Role:

We're particularly seeking 2 experienced Corporate Real Estate consultants with specialized expertise in CRE and FM organizational design, operating model reviews, and transformation consulting. This versatile role involves working on large, impactful projects to help clients align and optimize their CRE & FM internal operating models, processes and real estate portfolios with their strategic business objectives.

Here's what you'll be doing:

You'll partner with other consultants and the whole JLL business to help clients figure out their next big moves. Think of yourself as a translator - taking their ambitious goals and turning them into human-centric strategies that actually work in an evolving workplace.

Your typical day might include: • Managing and delivering 1-3 consulting projects simultaneously across UK, European, and global markets • Digging into data and research from all corners to solve puzzles that have been stumping smart people • Using your experience and instincts to spot patterns and connections others miss across the Corporate Real Estate lifecycle • Pitching ideas that push organizations forward and create genuinely new CRE solutions • Building project teams where different perspectives aren't just welcomed - they're essential • Working directly with senior client executives to develop transformation strategies and deliver actionable recommendations • Developing relationships built on truly listening to our clients' needs • Really getting underneath the skin of CRE organizations and challenging thinking to shape a brighter way of working

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in:

Portfolio Strategy | Target Operating Models | Business & Location Advisory | FM Strategy | Change & Transformation | Workplace & People Strategy | Sustainability | AI Adoption | Organizational Design | Corporate Real Estate Functions

(Don't worry if you don't check every box - we're more interested in how you think than what's on your CV)

What you'll bring: • 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Management Consulting, or Organizational Design • Strong understanding of corporate real estate functions and industry trends • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent analytical capabilities • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities • Experience managing resources, budgets and delivering projects to key milestones • Qualification in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and commitment to continuous learning

Why we love working here:

Every client is different. Every project brings new challenges. And every CRE solution you develop has the potential to transform how businesses operate and create measurable value. You'll achieve a minimum 70% chargeability while working with an eclectic team of people who actually care about getting it right. Plus, you'll have opportunities to support business development activities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our UK Consulting practice across EMEA.

Sound like something you'd want to wake up for?
