The Role

Overview of Role

Reporting to the Real Estate & Data Center Regional Leader for Northern Europe & MEA, the Regional Operations Lead oversees all operational and financial aspects for the RDC organization across the region, leading a team of five business analysts. 

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
  • Ownership and management of the regional management system. Pro-actively identify and drive areas for operational improvement.

  • Drive and lead implementation of global and regional methods, processes, and strategies to enhance performance and efficiency across the region.

  • Act as a strategic business partner and point of contact for operations-related areas.

  • Ensure robust data management and governance; identify and resolve any issues impacting data availability, integrity or completeness.

  • Support wider regional team in monitoring project progress, including business case reviews and OPEX & CAPEX approval processes.

  • Recommend, implement, and monitor metrics and reporting methodologies for all facets of RDC operations.

  • Work closely with RDC Territory Leads and Portfolio Manager to develop and present strategic portfolio plans and business cases to Regional Leader and Executive leadership.

  • Act as delegate to RDC Regional Leader.

Financials
  • Oversee monthly financial forecasting across the region. Monitor progress against budget and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Manage annual regional RDC budget planning process, both OPEX and CAPEX.

  • Coordinate with teams responsible for generating financial reports and analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Collaborate with Global RDC, Enterprise Services Finance and local Finance teams, ensuring RDC budget and forecast alignment throughout the organization.

Team Leadership & Engagement 
  • Lead, manage, and develop business analyst team, and contribute to wider RDC regional team member development.

  • Oversee change initiatives within the region, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools, or organizational shifts through proactive communication and training.

  • Work closely with RDC Regional Leadership team to drive organizational culture and engagement; identify areas for improvement and action planning.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a real estate, finance or operations related role.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage high-performance teams and large-scale global/regional initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
