What you'll be doing

Associate Creative Director - Women’s Lifestyle & Luxury

We’re looking for a lead in creative branded content with experience and a portfolio in the Women’s Lifestyle, Luxury, Fashion, and Beauty spaces. 

As the key creative lead aligned to our Women’s Lifestyle and Luxury portfolio, you will work closely with the Who What Wear and Marie Claire editorial and sales teams. You will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering creative, branded content strategies that resonate with these brands’ discerning audience and premium client base. 

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with partnerships sales, media planning, design studio, project management and other cross-functional leads. 

Your role will devise and develop innovative, tailored solutions for clients, and delivering the best creative proposals across:

  • Branded content 
  • Social media and influencer marketing
  • Events, and experiential activations
  • Video and audio storytelling

You will combine strategic thinking with creative concept development, using audience insights and fashion and beauty industry knowledge to inform your creative ideas. You will be hands-on, producing moodboards, scripts, video concepts, scamps, and copy yourself to support and sell in your campaign proposals. You’ll need to adapt your tone of voice, writing, and art direction style to align to the distinct and established tone of voice of Who What Wear and Marie Claire, and other brands in the Future portfolio where required.

In this role, you will…

You will take the lead on developing pitches and live campaigns, pulling in creatives, designers, copywriters, specialists, and editorial teams where needed to deliver best-in-class work.

Digest client briefs and new opportunities, working closely with planning and sales directors to drive our new business efforts forward.

Lead new business pitches, from organising brainstorms to briefing creatives, writing the deck, and presenting alone or as part of a team.

Come up with creative campaign concepts that inspire our clients with a vision for their brands and businesses that translate into campaigns on Future’s platforms. 

Facilitate productive ideation sessions that generate relevant, impactful ideas and push the envelope creatively. 

Be a figurehead for creativity and branded content across the business, someone who editors and sales directors alike will consult on trends, opportunities, best practices etc.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Demonstrate success pitching to women’s lifestyle and luxury brands 
  • Experience working as a creative lead / content lead / creative content strategist specifically within publishing, ideally lifestyle magazines, women’s and luxury
  • Deep experience and portfolio strength in fashion and beauty
