What you will be doing:
A hybrid role providing essential administrative support to the CEO office, particularly focusing on the Communications and Marketing team.
CEO office administrative support
The CEO office comprises the following teams: Communications and Marketing, Strategy, Innovation and Policy. In this role, you will support the CEO office team with:
- Budgeting – coordinate the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, onboarding suppliers, managing invoices and tracking payments against the budget.
- Risk management reporting - coordinate materials for the quarterly risk assessment reporting process
- Project support - provide administrative assistance for various projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing processes across the organization
- Policies and Procedures – oversee the review cycle for all policy and procedure documents, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and timelines.
Communications and Marketing administrative support
- Campaign coordination - manage the content calendar and monitor the progress of marketing campaigns
- Meeting coordination – organize and manage agendas for team and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling logistics and necessary materails
- Content management – support the upkeep of content across the CLS website, social media platforms, team SharePoint libraries and the marketing toolkit.
- Event support – provide support with logistics and execution of CLS event programme.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a team administrative role
- Tenacious, creative and curious – if something isn’t working, come up with solutions rather than the problems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively.
- Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Good team working and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional qualifications / certifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software, with an appetite to develop skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Prior events organization experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of digital channels and CMS would be advantageous
