Job Description
- Line manages the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects
- Ensure adequate distrubution of tasks and oversees the workflow process
- Optimises procedures, trainings and other actions to increase ICSR team efficiency
- Proposes process changes
- Reviews trackers and timesheets
Qualifications
- Life Science graduate
- Demonstrated ICSR experience including managing a team
- Strong organisational, delegation and communication skills
