Job Purpose

To be an integral part of the Investor Relations and Capital Formation team, supporting InfraRed’s capital raising efforts for its private funds and striving to deliver a best-in class client service to its investor base.

Key Job Responsibilities

Fundraising support:

  • Support the sales and fundraising efforts, including leading the creation and preparation of marketing materials and content for the flagship value-add strategy;
  • Manage due diligence processes including the coordination of due diligence meetings and preparing bespoke follow-up content to a high standard under strict timelines;
  • Manage the drafting and collation of responses to due diligence questionnaires and ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
  • Assist in the launch of new strategies and business development, including the preparation of pitch decks, PPMs and DDQs, in addition to supporting other workstreams across the firm;
  • Review annual and quarterly data and statistics pertaining to investors and the business to support reporting and marketing activities; and
  • Envisaging and implementing improvements to associated data aggregation across the business, strategies and products.

Investor relationship management:

  • Respond to routine and ad-hoc investor queries and requests based on available information and coordinating with the appropriate internal teams or external resources when information is not readily available;
  • Develop content and presentations for investor update meetings, roadshows, conferences, etc;
  • Lead on updating and compiling annual and quarterly data and statistics pertaining to investors and the business to support reporting and marketing activities including fund performance and track record data. Ensures consistent and accurate data and validating sources of information effectively;
  • Prepares succinct data for investors according to timelines;
  • Envisaging and implementing improvements to associated data aggregation and processes across the business, strategies and products, identifying opportunities for more efficient processes ;
  • Oversee coordination of investor calls, meetings and site visits;
  • Respond to / providing information on product and strategy-specific inquiries and requests under direction of the Product Specialists; and
  • Assist with investor transfers as required, including liaising with third party advisors ensuring relevant approvals have been obtained, internal approvals have been obtained and that relevant legal documents have been completed.

Other fund administration and investor queries:

  • Produce both routine and increasingly non-routine legal certification (ensuring compliance with legal documentation and side letters), completing regular investor reporting templates (annual certifications, audits, quarterly questionnaires and certifications) when required; and
  • Assist with updates and maintenance to Investor Relations systems: CRM, Data Room, internal reporting and performance tracking systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in private market investor relations or capital raising, preferred;
  • Clear and concise communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills to interact with InfraRed colleagues, advisors, business partners and investors;
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen;
  • Analytically rigorous and detail oriented particularly with regards to numerical analysis, legal documentation and written reports
  • Strong understanding of private markets financial concepts
  • Experience managing multiple projects in parallel and working accurately and systematically to deadlines
  • Strong team player, able to connect and build strong relationships internally and externally;
  • Commercially aware and professional with the ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in terms of client affairs and documents;
  • A collaborative, diligent and self-motivated individual who demonstrates relentless attention to detail and able to deliver work in a well thought-out and structured way;
  • Able to manage multiple projects and workstreams and to work accurately and systematically to deadlines;
  • Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills (both verbal and written English) interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); and
  • Proficient in English, other European languages would be considered a plus.
