Job Description
Join our dynamic Corporate Investment Banking Change, Operations & Delivery team as an Associate Automation Engineer and be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your extensive experience in automation testing to develop cutting-edge test automation services, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver innovative quality assurance solutions using agile methodology. Your leadership in project planning, risk management, and strategic insights will be instrumental in shaping the firm's success. With a focus on building strong relationships and refining processes, you'll independently deliver Quality Assurance automation solutions, partnering with Operations, Technology, and Product groups to enhance our automation suites. As an experienced Associate Automation Engineer within Corporate Investment Banking, you will play an integral role in developing test automation services. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will provide quality assurance solutions using agile methodology, thereby contributing to the firm's success and innovation.
Job Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning with detailed milestones and risk management.
  • Provide insights to project teams on specific focus areas.
  • Design and implement program test approaches for automation, including test data and environment strategies.
  • Manage multiple initiatives across CIB CO&D priorities.
  • Build effective relationships with digital and business strategy leads.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to deliver initiatives.
  • Collaborate with test managers and stakeholders to refine stories and estimate backlogs.
  • Independently deliver QA automation solutions using agile methodology.
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Product groups to enhance QA automation suites.
  • Develop recommendations to accelerate change.
  • Self-manage complex issues and assist in achieving business goals.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in automation testing and developing test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and Java/Groovy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in systemic data-focused reporting and maintaining data integrity.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in delivering QA automation solutions in a high-velocity team.
  • Strong technical expertise in Python, CSS Selectors, and Xpath.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with Robotics Process Automation tools like WinAutomation and UI Path.
