Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in London office (near Holborn Station)

The Opportunity

The Associate Account Manager supports the growth and success of client accounts by partnering closely with Account Managers, Sales, Operations, and Product teams. This role is responsible for helping execute campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring seamless post-sale support.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about digital media. This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in account management, campaign strategy, client services, and the rapidly growing CTV advertising industry.

Responsibilities

● Support Account Managers in managing day-to-day client relationships and campaign execution.

● Develop and manage media plans, including audience targeting, channel selection, budget allocation, flighting schedules, and performance optimization to achieve campaign objectives.

● Assist with campaign launches, reporting, optimization tracking, and delivery pacing to ensure client objectives are met.

● Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and incremental growth.

● Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

● Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and performance recaps with clear insights and recommendations.

● Help troubleshoot campaign issues and facilitate timely resolution with internal stakeholders.

● Maintain accurate account records, project timelines, and updates within internal systems.

● Develop an understanding of client goals, KPIs, and business objectives to support strategic recommendations.

● Stay informed on LG Ad Solutions’ products, capabilities, and industry trends to effectively support clients and internal teams.

● Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and overall client experience.

Requirements

● 0–2 years of experience in account management, client services, digital advertising, media, marketing, or a related field.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

● Interest in digital media, advertising technology, and the connected TV ecosystem.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus.

● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

● Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

● Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

● This is a hybrid role. 2-3 days a week are required in the London office (Holborn area)

Preferred Qualifications

● Internship or prior experience in media, advertising, marketing, client services, or account support.

● Familiarity with digital advertising concepts, campaign metrics, and reporting.

● Exposure to CTV, programmatic advertising, or ad technology is a plus.
