Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

What we’re looking for:
  •  Efficient: Provide essential operational support for smooth account management and assist with day-to-day account operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborative: Work cross-functionally with account management, sales, analytics, technical, and publisher account teams to become a subject matter expert on the Index Platform.
  • Communicative: Facilitate internal communication between account managers and other Index Exchange teams to ensure deliverables stay on track and meet deadlines.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  •  Assist in the day-to-day operations of our agency and brand marketer partners across the UK, working with major holding companies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly.
  • Support account managers in collecting and analyzing data to identify key insights and drive solutions through a data-centric approach.
  • Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate account information.

Here's what you need:
  •  1–2 years of experience in digital media; client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently while remaining proactive and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau or similar analytical tools is an asset.
