Fospha is the measurement system enterprise retail and ecommerce brands run their business on. We give marketing teams one clear, daily view of what's actually working — across every channel and everywhere they sell, from their website to Amazon and TikTok Shop — down to the level of a single ad or piece of creative. It replaces guesswork and gut feel with a number marketing, finance and agencies can all trust and act on.

Brands including Dyson, Gymshark, and Lululemon use Fospha up to 25 times a day to decide where budget should move next. We've spent over a decade building this, with more than $40 billion in marketing spend now optimised through the platform — and we're scaling fast across London, Mumbai and Austin.

The Role

As an Associate Account Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring Fospha’s customers see measurable value and business impact from our marketing measurement platform. Working within our Customer team, you’ll directly own relationships across a portfolio of mid-size customers, driving retention, adoption, and commercial readiness while helping shape the next generation of customer success at Fospha.

You will:

  • Drive renewals across your portfolio by understanding client objectives, monitoring account health, and ensuring value is demonstrated ahead of each renewal cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Accounts on your higher impact accounts, building the commercial skillset to secure long term and successful partnerships with Fospha customers
  • Turn data into impact stories. Helping different customer personas see how Fospha drives efficiency, growth, and smarter marketing decisions, through clear ROI and performance storytelling tailored to what they care about, from the CFO to the Marketing team to in house Data teams.
  • Identify signals of growth or risk early, working with the day to day customer teams to flag adoption challenges or expansion opportunities, and contribute to the proactive building of a tailored learning agenda with each of our customers.
  • Contribute to proactive strategic account plans, helping shape the roadmap for your accounts, ensuring every action ties back to measurable outcomes and maps out your stakeholder and activation plan across the account to get ahead of renewal conversations
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, surfacing product feedback, feature requests, and insight that helps Fospha continuously improve our platform and delivery.

What are we looking for?
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles, ideally within D2C marketing, analytics, or eCommerce.
  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys helping customers achieve tangible results.
  • Comfortable with data, you can interpret dashboards, spot trends, and articulate the “so what” for the customer.
  • Confident communicator across email, video, and live meetings; able to build trust quickly with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organized and proactive. You take ownership of follow-ups, get creative with planning, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Eager to drive the commercial side of SaaS, renewals, upsells, and business case storytelling.
  • Naturally curious and analytical, with a genuine interest in marketing performance and measurement.
  • (Bonus) Experience with eCommerce data, attribution, marketing platforms, marketing measurement or D2C ad platforms is a plus.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
