Position Overview:

The Bliss Group is hiring an Associate Account Executive who will support ~3-4 accounts across our financial services, professional services, and technology practices. This is an entry-level position, with relevant university coursework and/or internships a plus.

This role is based out of our growing London office, which was recently launched in mid-2024. The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in London and help shape the firm’s future in the UK. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams in the US and gain experience working for US-based clients.

Candidates must be eager to learn, be able to collaborate within teams and have a strong interest in our clients’ industries. Exceptional writing skills are an absolute must, as are organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Coordinating media relations efforts, including developing media lists. writing pitches, securing coverage, and conducting media monitoring .

· Assisting with the development of social shares on behalf of our clients.

· Participating in content creation efforts.

· Facilitating client research requests.

· Managing monthly/quarterly client reporting.

· Overseeing general account administration.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· Relevant internship experience is a plus

· Experience with PR/marketing campaigns is a plus

· Exceptional writing & communication skills

· Have knowledge of and/or strong interest in financial services and/or professional services industries

· Thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment

· Works effectively within a team, demonstrating coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities

· Flexible approach; able to shift priorities against changing client and team needs

· Smart, determined, creative, energetic and has a desire to learn

· Able to grasp complex content

· Intellectual curiosity, a passion for learning about a rapidly evolving industry, and a positive attitude!

Work Location:
This role is based in our London office near Battersea Power Station. The position requires a general commitment of three days a week in person, but we offer flexibility in working arrangements—this may include meetings in central London, working from our coworking space, or other remote/hybrid options as needed.
