Group Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tradeweb's European Equities Team based in London. Working in a challenging and dynamic environment, the team enjoys the responsibility of maintaining the infrastructure and relationships with over 50 investment banks in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with external(clients & dealers)& internal stakeholders (sales, development, marketing etc.) to produce new and innovative trading functionalities
  • Analyse dealer, client& product performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop FIX Protocol knowledge with the goal of independently analysing FIX messages to quickly identify and resolve trading issues
  • Create engaging presentations & statistical analysis for the European Equities client base
  • Regularly maintain external relationships and proactively seek opportunities to engage with Tradeweb’s dealer community, looking for ways to provide excellent client service
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the dealer community on Tradeweb products and enhancements; including conducting demonstrations of the system to a broad audience e.g. Trading, Sales, Technology or e-Commerce
  • Implement strategy to ensure maximum dealer support of functionality/trade types is achieved
  • Project manage the implementation of new products, product enhancements and dealers ensuring seamless delivery is achieved
  • Take ownership to ensure the platform performs as expected and investigate, communicate and work with technical teams to resolve any problems

Core hours of work are between 8am and 5:30pm,but may have to work outside these hours on occasion. Some overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer facing skills
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Service and results orientated
  • Able to deliver results under pressure
  • Team player & strong independent worker with ability to take ownership & responsibility
  • Proven experience within an Investment Bank or electronic trading platform
  • Product knowledge in equities is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
