At Endura, product has to do more than look good. It has to perform on the bike, support the rider and stand up to the demands of road, gravel, trail, commute and everything in between.

Our Product team is responsible for shaping consumer-led, commercially strong product ranges across our portfolio. What you’ll be doing:

Range Planning & Support

  • Assist with building seasonal product ranges in line with brand and commercial strategies.

  • Support the creation of product briefs, range maps, and assortment plans.

Product Data & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across PLM and internal systems.

  • Support sample management, costing inputs, and key milestone tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Design, Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure product briefs are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Support communication with internal teams on range status, risks, and updates.

Consumer & Market Insight Support

  • Contribute to category research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.

  • Help translate insights and findings into opportunities for product improvements.

Launch Preparation & Performance Tracking

  • Assist with product launch materials, handover packs, and internal presentations.

  • Support post-season analysis, reviewing product performance and consumer feedback.

What you’ll bring:

  • Some experience in product management, merchandising, buying, or product development (placements welcome).

  • Strong organisational and data management skills with high attention to detail.

  • Passion for products, trends, and consumer behaviour—ideally within apparel, footwear, or accessories.

  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an interest in learning PLM systems.
