We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager (12-month FTC) to join our Gift Card team and help drive performance in a key growth category. Sitting within our Online function, you’ll lead the day-to-day marketing of Gift Cards, working closely with Commercial teams to deliver against plan and budget.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with internal teams across Fashion, Foods, Dotcom and Masterbrand, as well as external media partners and agencies. You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns, optimising performance, and ensuring Gift Cards remain front of mind for customers year-round.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do 

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for our Gift Card programme that align with business goals, supporting new product and proposition launches across both consumer and business audiences.
  • Support the contact for B2B marketing partners with execution of integrated campaign

  • Use customer insights, sales data, and campaign performance analytics to influence strategy, optimise marketing activity, and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report weekly on KPIs, budget status, and progress against objectives.

  • Represent the marketing team in key category and planning meetings, helping elevate marketing’s role within the wider business.

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include

  • Marketing experience, preferably with a Retail background

  • Strong product and campaign marketing skill set and experience across both store and digital channels

  • Highly creative and enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced organisation.  Have the ability to manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • B2B as well as B2C marketing experience
