Requirements

Aspinal Assistant Managers literally live & breathe our brand values. They are a key part of the store management team, and as a result they are top of their game. Leading the team on and off the shop floor, they create a shopping experience that's fun and friendly delivering service with theatre, and most importantly they have a passion for selling. You will be the face of Aspinal of London whilst being responsible for delivering a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors.

The Assistant Manager is a leader responsible for supporting the Manager in the consistent delivery of the retail, client and employee engagement strategy for their individual store or concession, in order to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Aspinal of London brand.

You should be an inspirational, commercial and analytical leader with relevant store management experience to deputise in the absence of the Concession Manager.

You will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the effective running of the store from delivering enhanced sales performance, ensuring excellent delivery of customer service and guaranteeing daily duties are performed by the team in a positive atmosphere.
