Support execution of Food Service channel strategy by developing selling tools, promotional activities, and activation propositions. Provide analysis to Customer Management, lead Food Service Specialists on quarterly plans, create training modules and content calendars, assist Key Account responses and digital content, and organize customer innovation showcases to drive category growth.

You work with the customer marketing manager to develop the selling tools across the portfolio in the Food Service channel. Working in close collaboration with Customer, Brands, Operations and End User Operators, you need to achieve the category growth targets in your channel, by turning brand strategies into commercial propositions. You support the development of a differentiated End User Operator proposition and use your understanding to deliver coordinated, innovative, cross-functional sales value to the customer.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Support the execution of a channel strategy which is aligned to marketing, customer and business activities.
Recommend activity that will meet promotional revenue objectives & selling event for the Food Service channel.
Support Marketing in developing promo activities to ensure that they are routinely compiled & communicated internally & externally.
Conduct supporting analysis for the Customer Management teams to help them develop activation propositions for relevant customers (i.e. attendance of distributor and End User Operator trade visits)
Support the Customer Management and Sales Operations teams to deliver upon their category agreed growth targets for identified categories.
Responsible for developing and executing training modules for internal and external stakeholders (i.e. developing an annual training calendar)
Responsible for leading the Food Service Specialists in developing quarterly activation plans aligned to the annual promotional grid and Toolkits.
Planning and execution against the quarterly Customer Marketing campaigns
Ensure the leveraging of the full value of patronage agreements with a clearly defined execution annual plan.
Generate exciting and engaging content calendar for all Social Media assets and website based on insights and business imperatives.
Assist Key Accounts Customer Managers in responding to customer menu concept briefs
Conceptualizing and organizing customer Innovations Day Showcase working in collaboration with the Innovations & Insights Manager
Working alongside the Assistant Customer Marketing Manager: Digital Marketing to create and update content on digital platform

Experience
Relevant post-matric qualification
3-4 years customer / sales management experience within FMCG
Food Service experience
